yeah... 25mins on rragar is pretty standard with a perma and 600. If you really book it you can get 20... other than that only way to speed it up is when you have a full team being useful (aka 2 permas 6 cryers)... and then you can do it in 12 minutes or so.
also 40mins for SoO is pretty slow should take a 3man team (600+2heroes) about 20-25minutes for full thing, first floor in 4, second in 5, third in 10-15

Well for Rragar's i should maybe go to 20min without treasures on 3rd lvl and paytime (pugs are slow). At the back i could have one or 2 guys Incomming/Fallback.
Yeah for SoO 40min is normal run for noobies. But i wasn't rly doing it for record. Got time about 35 min .

I've been able to do this run, from Doomlore to end chest, in 35 mins (that was with Ranger/A though). In theory a Perma Sin should work just as well if not better than a R/A.

1st Floor
Basically straight forward run, get the perma sin to run your group to Rragars. 600 kills everything up to Rragars on 1st floor. The healer monk puts Spell Breaker on the 600 before each group, and the 600 uses his when the Healers SB is about to wear off. Then the perma runs the rest of it. This can be quiet tricky I'm told, since a lot of the mobs on the 1st floor tend to deal damage through SF (ie. Shockwave, Vile Touch, etc). If the perma fails on 1st floor the 600 can still clear the way.
2nd Floor
Same thing again, 600 kills everything up to Rragars, but the only difference is that the Healer Monk has to pay attention. The Fleshreaver Harrowers, use Weapon of Remedy and Vengeful Weapon, which can spike the Smiter. Healer monk basically spams their skills to keep the smiter alive. After Rragar is downed the perma runs the rest of the way to the 3rd Floor.
3rd Floor
If you are running people for money I recommend making them pay once you get to the 3rd floor, since Rragar can be killed by a perma sin no problem (or make them pay before u grab the Boss Key, you cannot solo the Fleashreavers since they can go through SF, or u will be spiked by Rit Weapons). 600 your way to the boss key (sometimes there is 1 or 2 Fleashreavers spawn behind a wall, don't worry u can still kill them with sniper support and smites, since they can attack through the wall). After that 600 your way to Rragar and the Hidesplitter.
Rragar/Hidesplitter
When you start to kill these 2 have the healer monk constantly keep Spotless Soul on you, since the Hidesplitter will Daze you if there are conditions on you. Also have the healer monk and the 600 switch off on Spell Breaker so you can have it up almost 100% of the time. Kill Rragar 1st since he can res the Hidesplitter. Once the Rragar is downed the Hidesplitter will KD you with every attack he does, but don't worry he is easy to kill just time ur spells right. The perma since helps kill Rragar and Hidesplitter through out this fight with sin and sinper Support.
*Sidenote* If you have a human Healer monk, you can have the perma sin run to the end of 1st and 2nd floor so once you grab floor key, he can zone.
Also on the Charr groups focus fire on the Dominators 1st since they can 1. Res and 2. Powerblock. After that go after the healers.

Well, there is a bunch of people in Doomlore trying to lower the price on Rragars.. I hate people that do that.
And how do you get such low times in SoO? Lol... Level 1 and 2 take some time... so does 3... Fendi is easy tho.

As in so many other cases, let the perma do the job and run in advance

Well I usually run to the boss and kill while the perma runs to the end of the dungeon.

I need to get my ele through eotn, there's a build somewhere for a ele perma obsidian flesh to do like a 15 minute run in either ravens or darkmine...not sure which. I think a essence is needed on each level though...
Anyone know the build?

For the sin Darkrime Delves dungeon run everything is easy up till the final boss. I can not seem to get splinter to hit the boss, and it takes forever to kill the giants around him to get to him. Any suggestions? Thanks.

You are essentially running past all mobs, killing only those required for the key on each level, then slivering the boss...the build would be identical to the concept of the SF sliver armor build, except here it is an OF tank.
You could go E/Mo, E/Me or something with Obby flesh, Mindbender, Stone Flesh Aura & a bunch of optionals...
I've always only used my sin in Darkrime as its so much easier..but hey, give it a shot?

Right next to where the boss stands, there's a beam/bar/thing on the ground to the left if you're looking towards the entrance of the 3rd level, what i do is aggro all of the mindbreakers (the only ranged attackers) and then i drag the entire mob to that beam on the floor, and hug it, walking backwards, to the entrance to that room. Once i get to the end of the beam, i back up 1 step, and move to the right, so that the boss will be the one standing closest too you. Just keep wanding him so he doesnt run away and he'll be dead in 2-3 slivers.

It is possible to run past the incubi on lvl 1 without aggro'ing them. Run through the jotuns, they dont kd you if you have shadow form up.

They can sometimes build adrenaline by fighting the other stuff in the dungeon. Should only happen in 2 places though, and those KD's can be avoided with IAU easily

If you are knocked down, then IAU was not active. Simple as that. Pay more attention to your active effects display.
As for the vaettirs, they use Signet of Judgment, which can knock you down.
